The Mayak restaurant is located on the second floor of hotel from where there is an exit to a balcony. It is ideal for holding weddings, banquets, buffet receptions, coffee breaks, a birthday, a children's holiday. Especially for little guests there is a children's menu. We developed the fourchette and banquet menu for holding a buffet reception or a banquet.
Dishes of European cuisine both traditional Russians and the Siberian delicacies about whom the non Siberian guests have heard a lot are presented in the menu. House specialties of restaurant are both the range of a grill bar, and a barbecue bar, and, of course, saguda from the Baikal fish, an omul, a grayling and a whitefish. From a fish exclusive – pike cutlets with tartare sauce and mashed potatoes from the chef, surprisingly gentle.
The grill bar is on the 7th floor, it, perhaps, the most popular place on "Beacon" from where the tremendous panorama of Baikal opens. On an open terrace the telescope is installed, it is possible to consider other coast. A grill bar highlight – it is natural, meat, fish, vegetables on a grill and the cocktail card.
