The hotel was designed by Shigeo Nakamura, and built according to high international standarts.
Reception and Sayen bar are located on the 1st floor, and comfortable, decorated in minimalist style and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities hotel rooms are located on the 2nd through 6th floors.
