Baikal Terema restaurant

The "Tsar-Fish" is a restaurant featuring the traditional Siberian cuisine. It is a wonderful place suited for any type of meal - from a private lunch with friends to a corporate banquette or gala dinner.
With the natural Siberian pine being the predominant material, the restaurant's interior matches the overall style of the hotel. The chief cook offers you to taste some delicious local specialities. Do not miss a chance to try raskolotka (a dish made of Baikal White Fish) with vodka, pancakes with cedar nuts or ukha (fish soup).

You do not have to limit yourselves to the restaurant: we also arrange outdoor picnics with various delicacies and drinks.
For special private events there is a small banquet room for 25 people.
